3. Appointment Requests
Submitting our online form sends us a request for an appointment; it is not a confirmed booking. Our staff will follow up to confirm a time with you, typically within one business day. Please do not use the website to request urgent or emergency care.
4. New-Patient Offers
Promotional offers shown on this site (such as the new-patient SoftWave Discovery Session or Chiropractic Health Screening) are for new patients only, may change or end at any time, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Details are confirmed at the time of your visit.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program description. Hansen Chiropractic operates an SMS program to send appointment scheduling, confirmation, and reminder messages, replies to inquiries you send us, and — only where you have separately agreed — occasional practice updates and new-patient offers. You are enrolled only if you knowingly opt in.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts in our office, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or any service we provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Appointment-related messages are sent as needed; promotional messages, if you have opted in to them, are sent no more than a few times per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Hansen Chiropractic does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling (631) 321-5400.
